Laura began her Intermittent Fasting journey in 2009. With the help of her physician, she has personally explored many different fasting schedules and methods to help structure her meals and maintain the body weight best for her scoliosis.
With a degree in Global Economic Relations and an MBA in International Business Operations, it’s safe to say Laura loves to study.
